Adult Strength Class at Cannon Strength

Not CrossFit and not step aerobics. Think of our strength classes as small group personal training for adults 20-70 years old interested in a sustainable approach to strength training. All the guidance, non of the yell in your face energy. You will be pushed, but it’s not a competition.

Class Schedule.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 5am-6am. 
Tuesday and Thursday – Noon-1pm.
Saturday – 7am-8am.
