We’ve got availability for 20 athletes and scheduling is first come first serve.

What we do.

We coach athletes with a 1:1 individualized approach ensuring the highest possible impact on an athletes confidence, competence and ultimately, athletic performance.

Signing up for an in-house coaching program means each athlete will be working 1:1 with an athletic performance coach.

What we don’t do.

Cannon Strength does not offer in-house group lifting sessions. All of our athletes training at Cannon are following custom programming and receiving 1:1 instruction.

Who are our programs for?

The formula is simple. Stronger athletes are harder to take down, harder to catch up to , harder to steal from and harder to keep up with. Stronger athletes are more resilient, less likely to get injured and recover quicker between bouts.

Our programs are for athletes that need a boost to reach the next level of play. Whether that’s making the varsity team, club team, college team or professional team. Stronger athletes perform better.

Who are our programs NOT for?

Cannon Strength programs are not for athletes who can’t commit at least 3 days a week to elevating their performance. If you aren’t interested in being the best player on your team and lifting others up with you, our programs probably ain’t for you.

This is a high impact high performance coaching program.

What should you expect? Each athletes coach and program is unique to them and will focus on their weaknesses while solidifying their strengths. Athletes should expect to see an increase in speed, power and agility by gaining muscle, gaining strength and building resilience.

Athlete should also expect to develop and nurture leadership traits to help make them a better teammate, student and future leader in what ever they chose to pursue.
